Estoy vivo cuenta con un elenco conformado por talento con experiencia en otras producciones: Javier Gutiérrez (Campeones), Anna Castillo (La llamada) y Roberto Álamo (Que Dios nos perdone) y Alejo Sauras. La serie, producida por Globomedia, consta de 3 temporadas (una cuarta en producción) y ha tenido un apreciado éxito desde su estreno en 2017. La trama relata la historia de Andrés Vargas (Roberto Álamo), un inspector de policía que muere persiguiendo a un psicópata que ha matado a cinco mujeres. Vargas tendrá la oportunidad de regresar a la vida cinco años más tarde en el cuerpo de Manuel Márquez (Javier Gutiérrez), otro agente policial. No obstante, el agente no estará sólo en su regreso al mundo de los vivos, El Enlace (Alejo Sauras) será su compañero en estas circunstancias tan especiales. Vargas (ahora Márquez), en su empeño por detener al asesino, tendrá también como compañera a su hija Susana Vargas (Anna Castillo), quien se ha convertido en una joven policía. Entre ellos tiene lugar una relación muy especial y juntos se enfrentarán a este criminal, quien vuelve a actuar cinco años después de sus primeros asesinatos.
