MIAMI, Fl., February, 2019 – ViendoMovies, the 24-hours a day channel featuring exclusive, commercial free movies, originally produced in Spanish brings for this February 14 a perfect programming for couples and romantics on the day of love and friendship. Throughout the day, the channel owned by SOMOSTV, will present 14 romantic films from different countries: Tres Metros Sobre El Cielo (Spain), Kiki, El Amor Se Hace (Spain), Cambio De Ruta (Mexico), Una Breve Historia De Amor (Dominican Republic), Locos De Amor (Peru), El Babysitter (Chile), Wedding In New York (Spain), Corazón De León (Colombia), Uma (Venezuela), Puzzled Love (Spain), Permitidos (Argentina) , Perdona Si Te Llamo Amor (Spain), Solo Química (Spain) and Quiero Ser Fiel (Dominican Republic).

The mix of films offered by the channel shows the variety of contemporary cinema produced in Spanish, one of the characteristics of ViendoMovies and its appeal to the different communities that make up the Hispanic market in the United States and Puerto Rico.

ViendoMovies celebrates the holiday with two Spanish hits with popular stars: Tres Metros Sobre El Cielo and Kiki, El Amor se Hace. In Tres Metros Sobre El Cielo, Hache (Mario Casas) returns home after spending a season in London to forget his past. Wanting to rebuild his life, he begins a relationship with Gin (Clara Lago), a sexy girl similar to him with a bold, effervescent and vital spirit that makes him believe that it is possible to relive the magic that he felt in the past. Tres Metros Sobre El Cielo was nominated for the Goya Awards for Best Adapted Screenplay and for the Gaudí Awards for Best Production Direction. Kiki, El Amor Se Hace (nominated for the Goya Awards and the Feroz Awards, starring Natalia de Molina) tells the story of five couples, all willing to discover how to get pleasure in very peculiar ways and without taboos.

The channel also presents the romantic commedies Cambio de ruta and Permitidos. In Cambio de ruta, Sandra Echeverria plays Nicté, the best tour guide in the Riviera Maya. The most important tourism magazine in the world opens a competition to find the best Tourist Guide in Mexico, and of course Nicté will do the impossible to win this prize. Lali Espósito and Martín Piroyansky star in Permitidos. At a friend’s dinner, the topic of “what is allowed between partners” comes up. Each person mentions an impossible celebrity with whom they would have permission to spend a night. Later days, accidentally, Mateo meets his impossible celebrity. Una Breve Historia De Amor y Quiero Ser Fiel, on the other hand, represent the popular Dominican cinema, so attractive to the Caribbean community for its light and fun humor.

Another outstanding romantic comedy is El Babysitter (Chile). Emilio Ortíz (Sebastián Badilla) is a teenager who, with the arrival of the exuberant Sol (Javiera Acevedo), will do his best to be with her, to the point that he will pretend to be a babysitter.
