MIAMI, Fl., February, 2020 – ViendoMovies, the 24-hours a day SOMOSTV (company chaired by Luis Villanueva and part of SOMOS Group) channel featuring exclusive, commercial free movies, originally produced in Spanish, stands out this February with great premieres of winning films and famous blockbusters among the Hispanic public. These must-see movies are: Campeones (Spain), Despido Procedente (Spain), Jugando a Bailar (Dominican Republic), El Hombre que Cuida (Dominican Republic), La Mala Noche (Ecuador), El Viaje de Celeste García (Cuba), Artax (Chile) and Diana (Spain).

As the main premiere, ViendoMovies presents the Spanish hit Campeones. With 31 nominations and 12 awards, this comedy focuses on the story of Marco (Javier Gutiérrez), a professional basketball coach who, by misconduct, is sent to train a team of people with disabilities. What begins as a problem becomes a life lesson. In addition to this movie, the channel also presents the Spanish movie Despido Procedente. Javier (Imanol Arias), is a Spanish business man working in a company in Buenos Aires. In the most important week for the company, he meets by accident an eccentric character (Darío Grandinetti) who will make his week hell.

From the Dominican Republic the channel premieres Jugando a Bailar and El Hombre que Cuida. Jugando a Bailar is a comedy to watch with the whole family, keeping the tradition of the Dominican comedies. Two indebted friends (the famous actors Fausto Mata and Manolo Ozuna), form a small baseball team to participate in a tournament whose prize is a large sum of money. In El Hombre que Cuida, Juan’s wife was unfaithful to him and now he is the laughing stock of a small fishing village. Now isolated, he takes care of a big mansion of a wealthy family from the capital. One afternoon, the young son of the owner, appears with a foreign friend and a girl they have just met. During the course of the weekend, Juan is forced to make decisions that will affect the rest of his life.

To close the list of major premieres, ViendoMovies presents La Mala Noche (Ecuador). A sex worker (Noëlle Schonwald) who suffers from different addictions and monetary problems sees how her life slowly enters into a dark abyss.
