MIAMI, Fl., March, 2019 - Semillitas, the 24-hour animation and entertainment channel for children between 0-5 years of age, owned by SomosTV, expanded its coverage in communities such as Indiana, Oregon and Washington, and it is also present in urban areas of Connecticut, North Carolina, South Carolina, Minnesota, Ohio, Illinois and South New York. This growth is consequence of the extension of the channel in the Latino package of Frontier Communications to these areas. Semillitas is now available to more families with programming that is educational, entertaining and free of violence.

The channel is designed to support parents in the preservation of important values in the growth and development of toddlers and preschoolers. Semillitas’ content is entirely in Spanish with the mission of preserving the language and traditions, something that is highly cherished by Latino parents. The channel includes, in addition to in-house produced pieces that highlight its cultural relevance, branded animation such as Angelina Ballerina, Monster Math Squad, Bob the Builder, Fireman Sam, Kit and Kate, among others. The channel is available for distribution in all home entertainment devices (televisions, telephones, computers, laptops, tablets), at a time when mobile access is essential.
