MIAMI, Fl., November, 2018 - ViendoMovies, the channel owned by SOMOSTV that programs the best exclusive films 24 hours a day and without commercial breaks, announced its releases for the month of  November. The viewers of the prestigious channel will enjoy a diversity of films from different genres (including comedies and dramas) originally produced in Spanish, with stars recognized on the big screen like Penelope Cruz, among others.

For starters, ViendoMovies premiers the Mexican drama "Un Monstruo de Mil Cabezas". The movie is based on a story of a woman with a sick husband who needs a complex treatment recommended by a doctor. However, the insurance company of which they are associated refuses to pay for it. This film, emotional and suspenseful, was nominated for the Miami Film Festival, and has won 11 awards, including the "Ariel" award (equivalent to the "Oscars" for Mexican cinema).

The month’s premiers continues with the dramatic movie "Ma Ma" (Spain). "Ma Ma" was awarded to 14 nominations in eight film festivals (including the Goya prize) and winner of the "Fotogramas de Plata". The movie was also a Platinum Awards winner with Penelope Cruz as best actress for her role. Penelope Cruz personifies Magda, an unemployed teacher who is diagnosed with breast cancer. Thanks to her courage and optimism, she and her closed ones will live unexpected scenes of humor and happiness.

“El Acompañante” (Cuba) is a film full of dramatic events that promises not to disappoint our viewers. Horacio Romero, the greatest Cuban boxer of the moment, tested positive in an anti-doping control. As a punishment, he must go to Los Cocos, a sanatorium under military regime, in which HIV patients get treatment. Horacio will have to be the "Companion (Acompañante)” of Daniel, the most controversial patient. Daniel will do anything to live his last days in freedom, thus Horacio will have to make a pack with him to return to the ring.

For dark humor’s fans ViendoMovies programs "Brillantes" (Chile). Everything begins when Rubén loses his job and his girlfriend the same day. For this unfortunate events, he decides to travel to Arizona and visits his old friend Víctor to find some peace and tranquility. A small incident will suffice to turn his vacation into his persecution by the US police and an organized crime gang. Starring Fernando Larraín and Álvaro Rudolphy.

Other successful films that will be included in this month’s programming are: “Los Años Azules” (Mexico), “Las Ineses” (Argentina) and “Contigo no, Bicho” (Spain).
