The film tells the story of Tano, who works as the strongman of Manuel, an old man who in the 90s became the richest and most powerful man in the city as a pimp in nightclubs, drug dealer and CEO of a construction company during the real estate speculation that occurred in the country. Tano faces a generational change: new people, new companies, a new course, but the same violence as before.
