ViendoMovies, the exclusive 24-hour Spanish movies channel, commercial-free, with the best contemporary films, owned by SOMOSTV (company chaired by Luis Villanueva), celebrates the two main dates of the month of December with a program specially selected for these festivities. Christmas and New Year's are two very important dates where family and friends share and entertain themselves in the living rooms of their homes, and ViendoMovies puts at your disposal a representative program of great cinema in Spanish.

The programming for December 24 begins with the Spanish comedy, The Best Summer of my Life, directed by Dani de la Orden. It is the story of Curro, a fanciful salesman of kitchen robots who dreams of a job in the financial world. Also on the program is Jugando a Bailar, a comedy from the Dominican Republic directed by Roberto Ángel Salcedo that tells the story of a ballet school and a baseball league. The ballet school faces financial problems and to keep it they are forced to participate in a little league championship and whoever is the winner wins a prize of half a million pesos. Other hits to enjoy on this day are La Maldición del Guapo (Spain), Los 8-6 (Venezuela), Quién Mató a Bambi (Spain), and Violeta al Fin (Costa Rica), among others.

To add a finishing touch to 2021 and begin 2022, ViendoMovies brings the Puerto Rican film Broche de Oro: Comienzoson December 31st. The film tells the story of Rafael, Pablo and Anselmo who are in an asylum. Their friendship grows based on their sense of humor and will to live. Along with this pleasant comedy is the Mexican film La Agradable Compañía. Zambrano is a juvenile delinquent who only wants to join the American football team known as "Los Perros de Santa Marta." Well, "Los Perros" are also "La 4ª Compañía", a squad of inmates that controls the vices and privileges of the jail for the benefit of the managers, and that devastates the city with car theft and bank robberies that give great dividends to the men of power during the López Portillo administration. This New Year's program culminates with En Tu Piel (Dominican Republic), and continues on January 1 with Cumbia Callera (Mexico), and Diablada (Chile).
