MIAMI, Fl., June, 2021 – ViendoMovies, the 24-hours a day SOMOSTV (company chaired by Luis Villanueva and part of SOMOS Group) channel featuring exclusive, commercial free movies, originally produced in Spanish, celebrates the beginning of summer with an exclusive programming for the channel. The programming chosen for this month goes along the interests of the channel's audience in Puerto Rico and the United States. The premieres are Misión Estrella (Dominican Republic), El Mejor Verano De Mi Vida (Spain), Intercambiadas (Peru), Enterrados (Spain), Exodus (Spain), Santa Clara (Bolivia). In addition, ViendoMovies presents the Ciclo Sensual, with the films Diana (Spain), Sangre En La Boca (Argentina), Kiki (Spain), La Lengua Del Sol (Mexico), La Mala Noche (Ecuador), Habitación en Roma (Spain), Reinos (Chile), Mentiras Y Gordas (Spain). 

As the big summer premiere is the comedy-drama Misión Estrella. Teo waits, along with Maria, for her first baby. He is the number one fan of a popular survival show. He constantly dreams of being on that show and one day he is presented with the opportunity to do the trials, and he passes them; he begins to fulfill his dream. But soon he will have to spend a lot of time away from Maria, who is getting closer and closer to giving birth, constantly fighting in the competition, but, above all, against the disappointment of discovering that the show he loved so much, is not what he dreamed of. Dominican comedy enjoys great acceptance among Latinos, for its rogue and humorous sense. 

Continuing with the comedy genre are the following films. In El Mejor Verano De Mi Vida, Curro is a salesman of kitchen robots who dreams of a job in the financial world. In the midst of a couple's crisis, and with heavy debts, he makes a promise that he cannot keep: if his son Nico, 9, gets outstanding grades, he will take him on an unforgettable summer vacation. The film won two dominations at the Miami Film Festival and the Film Writers Circle. In Intercambiadas, Paola and Lupe have opposites personalities. Paola is a successful executive and mother of two; Lupe is a charismatic and relaxed domestic worker, who works at Paola's house. A wish to a shooting star will turn everything upside down: Paola and Lupe wake up in each other's bodies and both will live hilarious and funny situations while looking for a solution to fix their "slight" problem.

As a standout drama, Enterrados tells the story of five captive miners in a gallery 600 meters deep after a large collapse occurred in a mine in Asturias. The film stars Joaquín Furriel and was winner of the best film award at the Gijón International Film Festival.

The Ciclo Sensual presents a varied collection of very attractive films in the genre, within the programming strategy of the film channel that exhibits examples of the quality and diversity of cinema originally produced in Spanish.
