MIAMI, Fl., March, 2020 – Semillitas, the 24-hour commercial free animation channel for children between 0-5 years of age, owned by SomosTV, transmits today an important educational message dedicated to planet earth. March 22nd is World Water Day and Semillitas takes these types of celebrations as the perfect reason to promote and teach the care of natural resources.

The channel has as part of its educational standards, supporting the conservation of the environment and natural resources, in addition to the objectives of formal education. For this reason, throughout the day, Semillitas presents, in addition to its popular series, educational mini clips produced in-house about the importance of water in our life.

These video clips show how to save water and value it by raising awareness of the great benefits and the need, for all, to take care of our planet. Semillitas designs on-air presence with a unique graphic package, developed to emphasize the educational aspect of the channel and its cultural relevance to the Latino family. Along with the celebration of these special days, the channel also participates in festivities such as Mother's Day, Father’s Day and other related dates.

Educational clips are inserted between episodes of popular series such as Little People, P. King Duckling, Doozers, Elías, Mouk, Louie, among others.
