MIAMI, Fl., March, 2020 – Semillitas, the 24-hour commercial free animation channel for children between 0-5 years of age, owned by SOMOSTV, presents this May 10 a special programing to all mothers that watch the channel with their children. Semillitas celebrates this day, so significant in the Latino community, highlighting the irreplaceable role that mothers have in the emotional development and in the education of their children. Semillitas has been characterized by celebrating the festivities of the Hispanic community.

This Sunday, the channel presents special episodes focusing on the act of sharing and giving love to the mothers. The main characters of the series Angelina Ballerina, Meteor, Bali, Kit & Kate, Fireman Sam, Sid and The Doozers form part of this celebration.

In addition, the channel play along with its audience with a trivia game focusing on learning the names of the mothers of some of the characters from the series of recognized brands. Semillitas also will dedicate an original song made for all mothers in their day.

In the current situation, Semillitas takes the opportunity to support parents with the best programming and entertainment for their children, who should stay home. This is an additional task that confinement has imposed on parents as many of the parenting support institutions are not functioning.
