MIAMI, Fl., January, 2020 –SOMOS Distribution, the independent audiovisual content distribution company chaired by Luis Villanueva, will present at Natpe Sweet Revenge (Tatli İntikam), a new Turkish drama by Kanal D. The drama, with a twist of Romantic comedy, adds to the portfolio that SOMOS will present at the event. The series have been very successful in international television for the quality of its stories and high production values. Sweet Revenge has won recognition for the quality of its talent, earning the "Golden Buterfly", a prize from the Turkish television and music industry. The series is starring by the well-known Furkan Andic and Leyla Lydia Tugutlu.

Sweet Revenge tells the story of Pelin a beautiful, intelligent girl, with an excellent job and about to marry the man of her dreams; she has a perfect life. But when Tolga, her boyfriend, leaves her at the altar, everything seems to collapse. One day on the street, a woman tells Pelin that her bad luck in love will not change until she obtains forgiveness from the people she harmed in the past. Making an effort, Pelin remembers Tankut, a very shy fellow from her faculty who was in love with her, and from which Pelin took advantage. When Pelin finds Tankut, he is no longer the same. Now, he is an attractive man of great personality and owner of a restaurant. When Pelin asks for his forgiveness so she can get rid of the curse, he realizes that the time has come to carry out his sweet revenge.
