ViendoMovies celebrates the Mexican independence!

MIAMI, Fl., September, 2019 – ViendoMovies, the 24-hours a day channel featuring exclusive, commercial free movies, originally produced in Spanish, celebrates this September 16 a very important date for the Mexican community in the United States: The independence of Mexico! Drama lovers can enjoy: Mexican Gánster, El Hotel, Días de Gracia,  Elvira: Te Daría mi Vida Pero la Estoy Usando, Y Tu Mamá También and Sueño en Otro Idioma.

Four times Ariel winner, Mexican Gánster tells the story of Alfredo Ríos Galeana, the most prolific bank robber in the history of Mexico. The plot revolves around his assaults, his personality, his leaks and the intense and long relationship he had with the one who finally managed to stop him.  El hotel follows Alexandra, a single mother who inherits a hotel on the beach after her father dies. Once she moves to the hotel, she begins a new life there with her daughter. Alexandra will have to take responsibilities and carry on. Días de Gracia is set in 3 different soccer World Cups with three characters: a policeman, a hostage and a wife. Their stories are unfold within the framework of corruption, violence and vengeance. The movie won eight Ariel awards. 

Elvira: Te Daría mi Vida Pero la Estoy Usando presents the award-winning actress Cecilia Suárez playing Elvira, a 40-year-old woman and mother of two children. One night, her husband disappears. Elvira concludes that her husband has kept a double life in secret. Winner of 6 Ariel awards, Sueño En Otro Idioma tells the story Martin, a youngman who goes to a jungle to study the Zikril language. Martin discovers that there are only two native speakers left alive, and they have not talked for 50 years. Martin will seek reconciliation between them and thus prevent this ancient language from disappearing. The channel also presents Y Tu Mamá También. This famous film tells the story of two teenage boys (Gael García Bernal and Diego Luna) who take a road trip with a woman in her final 20s.

Comedy and romance fans will enjoy these movies: Paraíso, La Brújula la Lleva el Muerto, Sopladora de Hojas, Yo No Soy Guerrillero and Mole de Olla.

In the movie Paraíso, Carmen and Alfredo are a couple who has been happy since high school and is about to get married, so they both decide to lose weight. However, Carmen fails to lose any weight while Alfredo drops almost 70 pounds. In La Brújula la Lleva el Muerto, in search of his older brother, an orphaned boy travels alone to the United States. During the journey, an old man offers him transportation, but he dies on the road. Trying to follow the old man’s compass, the boy finds very interesting characters on his way. Sopladora de hojas follows a group of teenagers looking for lost keys in a pile of dried leaves. It seems like a simple task, but it will become an odyssey. That afternoon could change the course of their lives. Or maybe not. In Yo No Soy Guerrillero, Mitch hijacks a plane with two other friends to rescue Beatriz, a kidnaped girl he likes. Mitch will have to face the bloodiest General of the Army and force him to free the love of his life.

To finish this great celebration, the channel presents the comedy Mole de Olla, which follows the occurrences of a very Mexican family that is in the midst of a complicated situation that could make them rich or leave them poor forever.
