MIAMI, Fl., July, 2019 – ViendoMovies, the commercial free channel owned by SOMOSTV featuring exclusive movies, originally produced in Spanish, premiers this Saturday, July 20 the Spanish movie Contratiempo. The channel maintains its tradition of premiering every weekend exclusively the best productions of cinema in the Spanish language.

In a delirious time game, Contratiempo places the viewer on the night before Adrián Doria’s trial (Mario Casas). Adrián has been found in a hotel room next to the corpse of his mistress (Bárbara Lennie). As a rich and successful businessman, he hires the famous lawyer Virginia Goodman (Ana Wagener), the best witness coach in the country. They only have that night to find a reasonable argument that frees Adrián from jail. However, Adrian discovers that he cannot trust the people around him; every story has two versions. The disappearance of Tomás Garrido’s son (José Coronado) will be intimately linked to this case. Contratiempo is the winner of two awards at the International Film Festival in Portland and nominated for the Gaudí Awards, this blockbuster film will keep channel’s subscribers stuck to their TV screens.

Another great premiere for this weekend is El Cristo Ciego. This Chilean drama was nominated at the International Festivals of Mar del Plata, Munich, San Sebastian, Venice and Camerimage, and it was award winner at the Cartagena Festival. Michael (Michael Silva) is an inhabitant in a remote Chilean village, but he is not any inhabitant, he is Christ.
